How will I know when you’ve received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is received. If you have not received a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please check your junk e-mail folder, and if not still there then email us at support@weedmegood.com.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as the order is submitted, but processing may take longer should we need it. because we vacuum sealed every package.

When will I receive my order?

There are two easy ways to stay up to date on your order. Once your order has processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a link to track your order. You may also log in to your account and see the status in the order history section.

What happens if you cannot fulfill my order?

All orders are subject to final approval by us. In addition, your order may be subject to federal, state, or local restrictions.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes. Email us your order number to determine the status of your order and request assistance. You cannot change the delivery address after you have received your tracking code. you’ll have to pay an extra $20 to cancel the delivery and resend the package.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No. Order processing begins once your order is submitted on the checkout page and cannot be recalled. If you would like to change or add additional items, you will need to place a new order on weedmegood.com and we’ll cancel the old order.

What Payment Do You Accept?

Orders must be paid for by Bitcoin, Zelle, and Apple and Google Pay only.

Do I have to pay additional for Shipping?

No, Shipping and handling $25 or $30 for express shipping when you place an order. No additional charge

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

No. We only take Bitcoins, Zelle Payment, MoneyGram, and wire transfer. OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE COURSE OF THE YEAR.

We have been operating for 11 years, 8 years we have been online  and we have never once had a client get arrested or have any police problems. We also don’t keep any incriminating long-term records. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

All orders in the United States are delivered within 2-3 business days ( 72 hours max ) after receiving payment. Express overnight shipping is delivered the next day. Outside of the United States, it takes a maximum of 3 – 5 business days and for express shipping 3 days maximum.  Hold-ups at customs can cause a delay but since our packaging are very discreet and reliable we have never had trouble with them.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE?

Our packaging is top discreet and nondescript. Everything is sent vacuum sealed and no smell goes out and our packages are then packed into PlayStation boxes and you receive the product like you’re receiving a brand new play station game.

TO WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide to all countries as we bulk of experience we ship to Europe, The UK, Australia, Asia, Africa, South and the whole of North America.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes. We do ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to domestic (U.S.) and International addresses.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No. Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. The best we can do is next-day delivery which also known as express overnight shipping.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you in maximum 2-3 hours after payment confirmation.

What if my package is lost in the mail?

If you suspect your package has been lost in the mail, first, check the tracking information for your package. Then email us at support@weedmegood.com to determine the status of your order and request assistance.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from this Site. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us support@weedmegood.com, we’ll either refund or reship the package.
